§ 13-3. Disorderly conduct

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to create any disturbance, riot, fight or to indulge in any profane, obscene or vulgar language or act in a tumultuous, disorderly, indecent or vulgar manner in any of the streets or other public ways or in any of the churches, public halls, theatres or other places where citizens are lawfully assembled or assemble.
