§ 17-17. Throwing of candy or any other article at any parade prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw candy or any other article from a moving vehicle while in a parade held inside the city limits of Chesnee.

(b)

Unless another penalty is expressly provided, any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00) or a term of imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days.
