§ 1-9. Annexed property.

Latest version.

All property annexed to the city pursuant to the laws of the State of South Carolina shall become a part and parcel of the city upon the passage of an ordinance of annexation by the city council, and shall be subject to all the rights, privileges and duties of all other property in the city.
