§ 2-32. Minutes of meetings.
Latest version.
The administrator/city clerk shall keep minutes of all public meetings which shall be a matter of permanent public record. At each regular council meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting must be presented for approval. Minutes do not constitute the official record of a meeting until approved by council.
